We provide a setup window for your event. The scheduled time reflects the earliest possible arrival for our team, and we will complete the full setup within that same timeframe—so everything is ready right on schedule! A more precise arrival window will be confirmed within 48 hours of your event.

If you would like to add any other decor elements or adjust the proposal in any way, please let me know. I want to make sure it is perfect for you!
