Roers Companies - Holiday Party

Nicole Thomas

Nicole! I am so excited to work with you!

Below you will find our proposal for the project details we have discussed including images to help visualize the final results. Please note that colors can look a little different on screen vs in person, and under different lighting.

Let me know if you’d like to make any adjustments to the proposal, I am here to find the perfect solution for you.

One last note… we get 30-40 people reaching out to us every day and our schedule fills up very quickly. We currently have a placeholder for you on our calendar but your spot isn’t secured yet. Take a look at this proposal and let me know if you want to move forward so I can send over an invoice and finalize your booking.

Let’s party!

Here is a summary of the event details and deliverables. The final price listed below includes all costs (planning, design, shipping, materials, delivery, installation, set-up, clean-up, labor, travel, etc.)

We provide a setup window for your event. The scheduled time reflects the earliest possible arrival for our team, and we will complete the full setup within that same timeframe—so everything is ready right on schedule! A more precise arrival window will be confirmed within 48 hours of your event.

If you would like to add any other decor elements or adjust the proposal in any way, please let me know. I want to make sure it is perfect for you!

If you'd like to change things up at all, reach out to me. I'll be happy to make this awesome for you and suggest alternatives as needed.
